Facilities at the private villa, Tsubaki-Tei are as if you actually live here. The main house accommodates the main guests, and three annexes provide private space for guests to freely combine and enjoy their stay.

Living room
The central building has a spacious living & dining room and kitchen, creating a comfortable space for the guests. The open area is filled with the warmth of wood and blends in with the natural scenery just outside the windows. Audio equipment, a piano and a karaoke machine are also available. The interior design has been finely detailed, and includes a sofa from Cassina, Italy, and a single slab dining table.

Bedrooms
All rooms are equipped with Simmons beds to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The master bedroom in the main house has a king-size bed and futons. This is especially convenient for families with small children. In the annex buildings, there are two double beds in the two rooms, and two double beds, a bunk bed, and futons in the other room.

Onsen
Enjoy the luxurious water of Jozankei hot spring in the private outdoor bath. The concierge will start filling the bathtub with hot water even before check-in because the source of the hot water is as hot as 65 degrees Celsius. Guests can adjust the temperature of the water to their liking and enjoy the purity of the hot spring water.

Sauna
A heater manufactured by HARVIA, Finland, the home country of sauna, is installed in the private sauna. The genuine sauna gradually heats the stones to increase the temperature in the room. Steam is generated by the Loyly process, which rapidly raises the temperature. Since this is a private sauna, you can use Loyly whenever you like, without worrying about others. Of course, a water bath and outdoor air space are also available.

Garden
Tsubaki-Tei is surrounded by the Jozankei mountains. Relax in the garden, experience the change in the seasons. A garden set and BBQ tools are also available. Upon request, the concierge can arrange the setting for a garden party and/or BBQ. In winter, you will have the snow play field all to yourself in the garden, which is a snow world all around. How about making a snow dome?
