A day to have fun with abundant powder snow and a variety of courses at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, located about 30 minutes by car from Jozankei Onsen Hot Spring Resort. From the top of the mountain, reached by gondola, you will be able to see a panoramic view of Otaru Port and Ishikari Bay. After enjoying the snow as much as you want with "lunch at the ski resort restaurant", try some gelatos at the hot spring resort area. The course is popular among the local residents. At the end of the day, you can soak in the hot spring at Tsubaki-Tei to your heart's content.

Don't forget to do some souvenir shopping before heading back to Tsubaki-Tei. At the Haretoke Yougashiten in Yama-no-Kaze Machi, the shortbread biscuits shaped like the mountains of Jozankei are very popular. After shopping, a private hot spring is waiting for you at Tsubaki-Tei.
